Fresh Horseradish Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Fresh horseradish, grated
- 1 small shallot, minced (optional)
Method
- 1 In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, vinegar, cream, and a pinch of salt.
- 2 Grate fresh horseradish into the mixture until it reaches the consistency of onion sauce.
- 3 Stir in the minced shallot if using. Serve immediately.
