  • 10 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk

Method

  1. 1 In a large bowl, combine flour, eggs, salt, yeast, and warm milk. Stir with a wooden spoon until a thin, light paste forms. Do not knead.
  2. 2 Place the bowl near a heat source for about 1 hour, or until the mixture rises.
  3. 3 Shape the dough into small rolls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. 4 Bake in a 425°F oven until golden brown.
