French Omelet With Shallots And Parsley
Ingredients
- 3-4 eggs
- 1 tbsp chopped shallot
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 oz butter
Method
- 1 Crack eggs into a bowl and add chopped shallot, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- 2 Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat until it begins to foam.
- 3 Beat the egg mixture with a fork for two minutes, then pour into the pan.
- 4 Stir constantly with a spoon as eggs set until nearly done, then fold into a bolster shape and serve.
