French Dressing Green Bean Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans
- Salt
- French dressing
- Parsley
- White chicory leaves or nasturtium leaves
Method
- 1 Cut green beans into four lengthwise strips.
- 2 Boil strips in salted water until tender, then drain carefully.
- 3 Let beans cool completely.
- 4 Arrange on a flat dish, trimming ends to be even.
- 5 Drizzle with French dressing and garnish with parsley or chicory/nasturtium leaves.
