  • 1 lb green beans
  • Salt
  • French dressing
  • Parsley
  • White chicory leaves or nasturtium leaves

Method

  1. 1 Cut green beans into four lengthwise strips.
  2. 2 Boil strips in salted water until tender, then drain carefully.
  3. 3 Let beans cool completely.
  4. 4 Arrange on a flat dish, trimming ends to be even.
