French Bean And Parmesan Omelet
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs, well-beaten
- 2 tablespoons boiled French beans, chopped
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 ounces butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Chop the boiled French beans into small pieces.
- 2 Whisk the eggs in a bowl and stir in the chopped beans, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- 3 Melt the butter in an omelet pan over medium heat.
- 4 Pour in the egg mixture and cook until set, then serve immediately while very hot.
