Foamy Boiled Chocolate Milk
Ingredients
- 1 ounce Baker's Premium Chocolate
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 pint boiling water
- 1 pint milk
Method
- 1 Place chocolate, sugar, and salt in a saucepan. Add boiling water and boil for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 2 Add milk and heat gently without boiling. Keep covered to prevent scum from forming.
- 3 Pour into a pitcher and beat vigorously with an egg beater until light and foamy before serving.
