Fluffy Sponge Cake
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Method
- 1 Mix egg yolks and sugar together.
- 2 Whip egg whites and fold into the yolk mixture.
- 3 Sift baking powder into flour and fold into batter.
- 4 Bake in a hot oven (425°F) until golden.
