Floating Island Dessert
Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup jelly or jam
- Whipped cream, sweetened and flavored to taste
Method
- 1 Beat the egg whites to a stiff froth.
- 2 Gradually beat the jelly or jam into the egg whites.
- 3 Fill a serving dish with sweetened and flavored whipped cream.
- 4 Drop spoonfuls of the frothed jelly mixture onto the cream.
- 5 Serve in dessert glasses.
