  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup jelly or jam
  • Whipped cream, sweetened and flavored to taste

Method

  1. 1 Beat the egg whites to a stiff froth.
  2. 2 Gradually beat the jelly or jam into the egg whites.
  3. 3 Fill a serving dish with sweetened and flavored whipped cream.
  4. 4 Drop spoonfuls of the frothed jelly mixture onto the cream.
  5. 5 Serve in dessert glasses.
