Flannel Cakes
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- Milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Method
- 1 Rub butter and sugar together until creamy.
- 2 Add beaten eggs and mix well.
- 3 Sift baking powder into flour, then add to the mixture.
- 4 Add enough milk to create a smooth, thin batter.
