Flaming Scotch Whiskey Blue Blazer

Ingredients

• 2 tsp sugar
• 1 oz Scotch whiskey
• 1 tbsp hot water
• Lemon peel for garnish

Method

1. 1 Dissolve sugar in hot water in a mug.
2. 2 Add whiskey and ignite the mixture.
3. 3 Pour the flaming liquid back and forth between two mugs several times.
4. 4 Serve immediately with a twist of lemon peel on top.
