Flaky Laminated Shortcrust Pastry
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup butter
- water
Method
- 1 Rub butter into flour until fine and not greasy.
- 2 Add water to form a light paste.
- 3 Roll out, dot with butter, flour, and roll up.
- 4 Repeat rolling and buttering three times total.
