Five Vegetable Salad With Low Fat Dressing
Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups romaine lettuce
- 2 cups green pepper, chopped
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
- 1 cup yellow squash, sliced
- 2 cups cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup carrot, chopped
- 1 cup zucchini, sliced
- nonfat or low-fat dressing of your choice
Method
- 1 Wash hands with soap and water.
- 2 Wash all vegetables thoroughly.
- 3 Chop green pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, and slice yellow squash and cucumber.
- 4 Combine all vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
- 5 Top with nonfat or low-fat dressing of your choice and serve.
