Fig And Nut Salad With Cream Dressing
Ingredients
- cooked and cooled figs, sliced
- walnuts or blanched almonds, sliced
- French dressing (claret, lemon juice)
- cream dressing
Method
- 1 Slice the cooked and cooled figs.
- 2 Mix the figs with sliced walnuts or blanched almonds.
- 3 Serve with either a French dressing made of claret and lemon juice, or a cream dressing.
- 4 If using cream dressing, toss ingredients with a small amount and pipe remaining dressing around the salad using a forcing bag.
