Fat Free Ranch Corn Salad
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup whole kernel corn (fresh or frozen, cooked and drained)
- 1/2 cup tomato (chopped)
- 1/2 cup green pepper (chopped)
- 1/4 cup celery (chopped)
- 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
- Ranch dressing, fat-free
Method
- 1 In a bowl, combine the corn, tomato, green pepper, celery, and onion.
- 2 Stir in the fat-free Ranch dressing until evenly coated.
- 3 Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
