Eggs In Egg White Clouds
Ingredients
- eggs
- butter
- salt
- pepper
Method
- 1 Beat egg whites to stiff peaks and spread on a buttered platter.
- 2 Make hollows in the froth with a spoon.
- 3 Drop unbroken yolks into the hollows.
- 4 Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 5 Bake in a hot oven (425°F) until eggs are set.
