Eggs In Egg White Clouds

Ingredients

• eggs
• butter
• salt
• pepper

Method

1. 1 Beat egg whites to stiff peaks and spread on a buttered platter.
2. 2 Make hollows in the froth with a spoon.
3. 3 Drop unbroken yolks into the hollows.
4. 4 Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
5. 5 Bake in a hot oven (425°F) until eggs are set.
