Eggs In Bread Cups

Ingredients

  • stale bread, sliced 1 inch thick
  • butter
  • eggs

Method

  1. 1 Cut stale bread into 1-inch thick slices. Scoop out the centers of each slice, leaving the crust intact.
  2. 2 Rub the inside of the bread cups with butter. Drop one egg into each cavity.
  3. 3 Bake in a hot oven (425°F) until the eggs are set.
