Eggs In Bread Cups
Ingredients
- stale bread, sliced 1 inch thick
- butter
- eggs
Method
- 1 Cut stale bread into 1-inch thick slices. Scoop out the centers of each slice, leaving the crust intact.
- 2 Rub the inside of the bread cups with butter. Drop one egg into each cavity.
- 3 Bake in a hot oven (425°F) until the eggs are set.
