Eggnog With Brandy And Rum
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3/4 jigger brandy
- 1/2 jigger Jamaican rum
- Milk, to fill
- Shaved ice
- Fresh nutmeg, grated
Method
- 1 Fill a large bar glass halfway with shaved ice.
- 2 Add the egg, sugar, brandy, and rum to the glass.
- 3 Fill the glass with milk and shake thoroughly.
- 4 Strain into a tall, thin glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
