  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3/4 jigger brandy
  • 1/2 jigger Jamaican rum
  • Milk, to fill
  • Shaved ice
  • Fresh nutmeg, grated

Method

  1. 1 Fill a large bar glass halfway with shaved ice.
  2. 2 Add the egg, sugar, brandy, and rum to the glass.
  3. 3 Fill the glass with milk and shake thoroughly.
  4. 4 Strain into a tall, thin glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
