Eggless Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 3/4 cup salad oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
Method
- 1 In a bowl, combine evaporated milk, mustard, and paprika. Beat with a fork until smooth.
- 2 Slowly add salad oil while beating hard for a few minutes until emulsified.
- 3 Add sugar, salt, and vinegar. Beat again until thoroughly mixed and creamy.
