Egg Yolk And White Salad With Neufchatel Cheese
Ingredients
- 2 hard-boiled egg yolks
- 2 oz Neufchatel cheese
- Salt to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Shredded hard-boiled egg whites
- Black pepper
- Head lettuce leaves
- Mayonnaise dressing
Method
- 1 Rub the egg yolks with Neufchatel cheese until smooth. Season with salt and paprika.
- 2 Form the mixture into small egg-shaped balls.
- 3 Create a mound of shredded egg whites on a plate and place the yolk balls on top.
- 4 Fleck the balls with black pepper and surround the dish with lettuce leaves.
- 5 Serve with mayonnaise dressing on the side.
