Egg White Toast With Yolk
Ingredients
- 1 fresh egg
- 1 square slice of toast
- pinch of salt
- paprika for dusting
Method
- 1 Separate the egg, keeping the yolk in the shell. Beat the white with a pinch of salt until very stiff.
- 2 Pile the egg white in a pyramid on a square slice of toast. Make a well in the center.
- 3 Drop the yolk into the well. Dust lightly with paprika.
- 4 Bake in a hot oven (425°F) for seven minutes.
