Egg White Lemonade
Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ cup ice-cold water
- 1 egg white
- 4 tablespoons crushed ice
- Carbonated water
Method
- 1 In a small bowl, beat the egg yolk with sugar, lemon juice, and ice-cold water until well mixed.
- 2 Pour the mixture into a tall thin glass.
- 3 Carefully fold in the stiffly beaten egg white.
- 4 Add crushed ice and top with carbonated water.
