Egg White Cracker Crumb Cheese Balls
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- 3 egg whites, beaten stiff
- cracker crumbs for rolling
- oil for deep frying
Method
- 1 Mix grated cheese, flour, salt, and cayenne thoroughly in a bowl.
- 2 Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites until well combined.
- 3 Shape the mixture into small balls and roll in cracker crumbs.
- 4 Fry in deep hot oil until golden brown and drain on paper towels.
