Ingredients

- lettuce leaves
- mayonnaise
- nasturtium flowers or white chicory leaves
Method
- 1 Cut hard-boiled eggs into thick slices or quarters using a sharp knife for clean cuts.
- 2 Spread mayonnaise on lettuce leaves and arrange them in a circle on a flat dish with stems facing the center.
- 3 Place the egg slices on the mayonnaise-covered lettuce.
- 4 Garnish the center with nasturtium flowers or white chicory leaves.
