Egg Rich Baked Cornmeal Bread
Ingredients
- 2 cups cornmeal
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Milk, as needed
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease shallow baking tins with butter.
- 2 In a bowl, combine cornmeal, beaten eggs, salt, and melted butter.
- 3 Gradually stir in enough milk to create a thin, pourable batter.
- 4 Pour the batter into the prepared tins.
- 5 Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
