  • 2 cups cornmeal
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • Milk, as needed

Method

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease shallow baking tins with butter.
  2. 2 In a bowl, combine cornmeal, beaten eggs, salt, and melted butter.
  3. 3 Gradually stir in enough milk to create a thin, pourable batter.
