Egg-Enriched Buttermilk Drop Biscuits
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon melted butter
Method
- 1 Beat the eggs separately.
- 2 Add milk and butter to the yolks.
- 3 Stir in the flour.
- 4 Fold in the stiffly beaten whites.
- 5 Bake in hot buttered muffin tins at 425°F.
