Egg Battered Pan Fried Pork
Ingredients
- slices of pork
- pepper
- butter
- 1 egg
- milk
Method
- 1 Parboil pork slices in water, then sprinkle with pepper.
- 2 Melt a small piece of butter in a frying pan and fry the pork slices until nearly done.
- 3 Beat 1 egg with a little milk in a shallow dish.
- 4 Dip each pork slice into the egg mixture and return to the pan.
- 5 Cook until the egg coating is set and the pork is fully cooked.
