  • 1 head lettuce
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • French dressing

Method

  1. 1 Wash and dry lettuce leaves. Arrange a bed of leaves on each individual serving dish.
  2. 2 Slice hard-boiled eggs lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks whole.
  3. 3 Place one yolk in the center of each plate. Arrange the egg white strips around the yolk to resemble flower petals.
