Egg And Lettuce Salad With French Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- French dressing
Method
- 1 Wash and dry lettuce leaves. Arrange a bed of leaves on each individual serving dish.
- 2 Slice hard-boiled eggs lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks whole.
- 3 Place one yolk in the center of each plate. Arrange the egg white strips around the yolk to resemble flower petals.
- 4 Drizzle with French dressing and serve immediately.
