Egg And Cheese Pasta
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb spaghetti or vermicelli
- 2 oz butter
- 2 eggs
- 3 oz grated cheese
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Boil pasta in 2 pints of water with butter until tender.
- 2 Drain and add seasoning, cheese, and parsley to the hot pasta.
- 3 Beat eggs in the serving dish, pour over the pasta mixture, and mix well.
