  • 1/2 lb spaghetti or vermicelli
  • 2 oz butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 oz grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. 1 Boil pasta in 2 pints of water with butter until tender.
  2. 2 Drain and add seasoning, cheese, and parsley to the hot pasta.
  3. 3 Beat eggs in the serving dish, pour over the pasta mixture, and mix well.
