Egg Anchovy Cream Cheese Toast

Method
- 1 Beat eggs, melted butter, anchovy sauce, salt, and cayenne together in a bowl.
- 2 Stir in grated cheese and flour, adding enough cream to wet the mixture.
- 3 Spread the mixture thickly over small slices of toast.
