Duck And Goose Stuffing With Celery Tops
Ingredients

- 1 tsp sweet marjoram

- 1 cup dried bread crumbs
Method
- 1 Chop celery tops with leaves, onion, and parsley finely.
- 2 Combine chopped vegetables with bread crumbs, marjoram, sage, and pepper in a bowl.
- 3 Mix ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- 4 Stuff the mixture into wild duck or goose before roasting.
