Dill Pickle Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
  • 1/2 packet pickle relish (approx. 2/3 tablespoon)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup wet mustard
  • mayonnaise

Method

  1. 1 Place eggs in a pan of cold water and simmer for 20 minutes.
  2. 2 Cool eggs promptly in cold water, then refrigerate until easy to shell.
  3. 3 Remove shells and finely chop the eggs.
  4. 4 Mix chopped eggs with relish, salt, mustard, and mayonnaise.
