Dill Pickle Egg Salad
Ingredients
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
- 1/2 packet pickle relish (approx. 2/3 tablespoon)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup wet mustard
- mayonnaise
Method
- 1 Place eggs in a pan of cold water and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 2 Cool eggs promptly in cold water, then refrigerate until easy to shell.
- 3 Remove shells and finely chop the eggs.
- 4 Mix chopped eggs with relish, salt, mustard, and mayonnaise.
