Deviled Eggs With Russian Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp grated onion
- 1 tsp finely minced parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 6 cooked string beans
- 1 slice tomato, cut in half
- 2 thin slices onion
- 2 tbsp Russian dressing
- lettuce leaves for serving
Method
- 1 Hard boil eggs, cool, peel, and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks.
- 2 Rub yolks through a sieve. Mix with mustard, paprika, grated onion, parsley, salt, and mayonnaise.
- 3 Form the yolk mixture into balls and place one ball into each egg white half.
- 4 Place each deviled egg half on a lettuce leaf. Garnish with string beans, tomato slices, and onion slices.
- 5 Drizzle with Russian dressing and serve immediately.
