Deep Fried Potato Balls
Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon onion juice
- 2 tablespoons cream or milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Egg wash for coating
- Breadcrumbs for coating
- Oil for deep frying
Method
- 1 Beat the egg yolks and mix them into the mashed potatoes along with the parsley, onion juice, cream, and butter.
- 2 Mix well and form the mixture into small balls.
- 3 Dip each ball in egg wash, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
- 4 Fry in deep fat until golden brown and heated through.
