Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon onion juice
  • 2 tablespoons cream or milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Egg wash for coating
  • Breadcrumbs for coating
  • Oil for deep frying

Method

  1. 1 Beat the egg yolks and mix them into the mashed potatoes along with the parsley, onion juice, cream, and butter.
  2. 2 Mix well and form the mixture into small balls.
  3. 3 Dip each ball in egg wash, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
