Deep Fried Cream Cheese Balls
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 3 eggs, whites beaten firm
- cracker crumbs
Method
- 1 Add salt and paprika to the cream cheese and mix well.
- 2 Fold in the beaten egg whites.
- 3 Roll the mixture into small balls.
- 4 Roll the balls in cracker crumbs to coat.
- 5 Fry in deep fat until golden brown.
