Deep Fried Cauliflower Fritters
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- ½ cup milk
- 1 egg yolk, well-beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp flour (or more)
Method
- 1 Make a batter by mixing melted butter, milk, beaten egg yolk, salt, pepper, and flour.
- 2 Separate freshly cooked cauliflower into convenient pieces.
- 3 Dip cauliflower pieces in the batter.
- 4 Fry in deep fat until golden brown.
