  • seasoned flour
  • butter
  • breadcrumbs
  • egg
  • deep fat for frying

Method

  1. 1 Slice the squash and dredge the slices in seasoned flour.
  2. 2 Sauté the slices in butter until golden, or dip them in egg and breadcrumbs.
  3. 3 Fry the breaded slices in deep fat until crispy and cooked through.
