Curry Yogurt Vegetable Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 2 tablespoons minced green onion
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise-type salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- Pepper to taste
Method
- 1 In a bowl, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, sugar, curry powder, and pepper until smooth.
- 2 Stir in shredded carrot and minced green onion.
- 3 Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 4 Serve with crisp raw vegetable sticks like celery, carrot, or summer squash.
