Curry Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp onion juice
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups milk
Method
- 1 Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbling.
- 2 Stir in onion juice, curry powder, and flour. Cook for a few minutes.
- 3 Slowly add milk while stirring constantly until smooth and heated through.
