Curried Veal Stew With Soy And Wine
Ingredients
- 1 quart good gravy
- 2 spoonfuls curry powder
- 2 spoonfuls soy sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 veal breast, cut into square pieces
- 1 pint gravy
Method
- 1 Cut the veal breast into square pieces and place them in a stewpan with 1 pint of gravy.
- 2 Stew slowly for 15 minutes.
- 3 Mix the remaining 1 quart of gravy with the curry powder, soy sauce, red wine, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice.
- 4 Add the mixed gravy to the veal and stew until the meat is fully cooked and tender.
