Curried Mushroom And Egg Sausages
Ingredients
- 1 dozen button mushrooms
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- A little pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
Method
- 1 Mince the mushrooms and hard-boiled eggs finely.
- 2 Mix in curry powder, salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of fine bread crumbs.
- 3 Bind the mixture with half of the beaten egg.
- 4 Shape the mixture into small sausage links.
- 5 Roll the sausages in the remaining egg and bread crumbs.
- 6 Fry in boiling oil until brown, about 30 seconds.
