Curried Mushroom And Egg Sausages

Ingredients

  • 1 dozen button mushrooms
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • A little pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten

Method

  1. 1 Mince the mushrooms and hard-boiled eggs finely.
  2. 2 Mix in curry powder, salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of fine bread crumbs.
  3. 3 Bind the mixture with half of the beaten egg.
  4. 4 Shape the mixture into small sausage links.
  5. 5 Roll the sausages in the remaining egg and bread crumbs.
  6. 6 Fry in boiling oil until brown, about 30 seconds.
