Curried Meat And Vegetable Stew
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound meat, finely diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1-2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup sliced radishes, potatoes, or carrots
Method
- 1 Fry the diced meat and onion with curry powder in a pan.
- 2 Add a little water occasionally to keep the meat tender and onions soft.
- 3 Add 1 1/2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
- 4 Stir in the sliced vegetables (radishes, potatoes, or carrots).
- 5 Simmer slowly until the vegetables are soft.
- 6 Serve with sliced lemon on the side for those who prefer a sour taste.
