Curried Lobster With Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- Lobster meat, cut into large pieces
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cream
Method
- 1 Cut lobster meat into large pieces.
- 2 Rub 1 tablespoon flour and 1 tablespoon butter together.
- 3 Mix in the egg yolk, 1 teaspoon curry powder, salt, and pepper.
- 4 Stir in 1 cup cream until smooth.
- 5 Pour the mixture over the lobster.
- 6 Bake or stew until heated through.
