Curried Fish With Onions And Green Apples
Ingredients
- 6 onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp butter or grease
- 3-4 green apples, sliced
- Fish fillets, fried
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- Boiled rice, for serving
Method
- 1 Slice onions and fry in butter or grease over slow heat until lightly colored.
- 2 Add sliced green apples and cook until dissolved.
- 3 Place pre-fried fish pieces on top of the onion and apple mixture.
- 4 Sprinkle curry powder over the fish, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
- 5 Serve hot with well-boiled rice.
