Curried Fish And Rice
Ingredients
- 1 cup cold boiled fish (skin and bone removed)
- 1 cup cold boiled rice
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Method
- 1 Chop the cold fish and hard-boiled eggs into bite-sized pieces.
- 2 Combine the chopped fish, eggs, and cold rice in a saucepan.
- 3 Add butter, salt, pepper, and curry powder to the mixture.
- 4 Warm the mixture gently in the saucepan, stirring occasionally.
- 5 Serve immediately while as hot as possible.
