Curried Eggs With Rice
Ingredients
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp flour
- ¾ cup water, milk, or coconut milk
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, halved lengthwise
- Rice, for serving
Method
- 1 Fry the sliced onion with 1 teaspoon curry powder.
- 2 Add 1 tablespoon flour to make a smooth gravy.
- 3 Stir in ¾ cup water, milk, or coconut milk and cook until thickened.
- 4 Add six halved hard-boiled eggs and serve with rice.
