Curried Cold Meat Stew
Ingredients
- 1 cup cold meat, sliced or diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1-2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 cup water or coconut milk
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Method
- 1 Fry chopped onions and curry powder together in a pan until nicely browned.
- 2 Stir in flour to thicken, similar to making a gravy base.
- 3 Gradually add water or coconut milk, stirring until the gravy thickens.
- 4 Add the cold meat and simmer slowly for a few minutes to heat through.
- 5 Stir in Worcestershire sauce for extra flavor before serving.
