Curried Chicken Rice Soup
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 quart chicken stock
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon curry powder
- finely chopped parsley, for garnish
Method
- 1 Combine cooked rice, chicken stock, grated onion, salt, paprika, and curry powder in a pot.
- 2 Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3 Serve very hot, garnished with finely chopped parsley.
