Curried Chicken And Onion Stew
Ingredients
- cold fowl, chopped fine
- 2 onions
- 2 oz butter
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ pint gravy
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Chop cold fowl into fine pieces.
- 2 Brown 2 onions in 2 oz butter.
- 3 Add flour, 2 tsp curry powder, and lemon juice.
- 4 Stir in ½ pint gravy and season with salt and pepper.
- 5 Stew for 20 minutes.
