Ingredients

  • cold fowl, chopped fine
  • 2 onions
  • 2 oz butter
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ pint gravy
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. 1 Chop cold fowl into fine pieces.
  2. 2 Brown 2 onions in 2 oz butter.
  3. 3 Add flour, 2 tsp curry powder, and lemon juice.
  4. 4 Stir in ½ pint gravy and season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5 Stew for 20 minutes.
