Curried Beef, Apple, And Onion Stew
Ingredients
- 2-3 small onions, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 lb meat (such as beef or lamb), cut into small pieces
- 1-2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 apple, minced
- 1 tsp cream
Method
- 1 Chop onions finely and stew in butter over low heat until dissolved and light brown.
- 2 Rub curry powder thoroughly into the cut meat pieces.
- 3 Combine meat, onions, minced apple, and cream in a stew pan.
- 4 Simmer gently for 2-3 hours without boiling.
