  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/3 cup apricot spread
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water

Method

  1. 1 Rub cumin over chicken breasts and place in a skillet.
