Cumin Chicken With Apricot Lemon Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/3 cup apricot spread
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons water
Method
- 1 Rub cumin over chicken breasts and place in a skillet.
- 2 Cook on medium-high heat for 6 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove chicken and keep warm.
- 3 Add apricot spread, lemon juice, and water to the skillet. Stir over medium heat until smooth.
- 4 Spoon the sauce over the chicken and serve warm.
